Our Rooms

Our recently refurbished rooms offer spacious interiors, new furniture and modern facilities. You will find everything you need for your stay in Speyside including soft beds, high-definition TV and free wi-fi. Our rooms are decorated in a neutral and modern colour scheme to enhance the feeling of spaciousness and light. 

The rooms are split into the following categories: super king, triple, twin and single. Almost any combination is available on request, thanks to our zip and link beds. Whether you are a travelling alone or with friends and family, we have the combination for you.

All rooms are COVID-19 compliant.

Burnside Suite

Our Burnside Suite is situated at the rear of the hotel grounds, overlooking the burn. The Suite can accommodate 3 people and can be configured to accommodate most needs thanks to our zip and link beds - either super king or twin and a sofa bed. The Suite also comprises a walk-in shower room and sauna.

Family Suite

Our Family Suite offers excellent accommodation for families and large parties alike.

Comprising two spacious rooms with interconnecting doors, the super king and triple rooms with sofa bed share a large bathroom with a full bath. There is a maximum occupancy of 6 persons in the Suite.

Disabled Access Room

We want everyone to enjoy their stay with us which is why we have specifically designed this room, so we can accommodate all needs.

The room is offered as a twin or super king, thanks to our zip and link beds. In the bathroom we have a walk in/roll in shower, lowered sink and raised toilet, all with grab rails.

In the bedroom we have continued with height accessible amenities including hair dryer, TV and mirrors.

Terms and Conditions

  • The Eastbank Hotel is not responsible for any monies lost due to cancellation or other reasons when booking through an external site such as Booking.com.
  • Any room damage will be charged to the guest for full reimbursement of the damage and cost to replace or repair.
  • The Eastbank Hotel is not responsible for any damage to guests’ cars parked on the street during their stay.
  • Dogs are allowed in the hotel but there is a small additional charge. Dogs are allowed in all areas of the hotel except the restaurant (guide dogs excluded).
